Questions

The things people ask before booking

If your question is not here, call or write — we answer within one business day.

How do I get a price?

Call us or fill in the form with the size of the space and how often you need us. We come and see it in person, because a quote given over the phone is a guess. You get a firm price, task by task, within 24 hours of the visit. The visit is free and commits you to nothing.

Which municipalities do you serve?

Rouyn-Noranda, where we are based, plus La Sarre, Amos, Malartic, Val-d'Or, Ville-Marie, Senneterre and Témiscaming. If you are between two of those, ask anyway — we very likely already drive past you.

Do you charge for travel?

Not within 60 km of Rouyn-Noranda. Past that we will tell you the travel cost in the quote, before you agree to anything, rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.

How much does cleaning cost?

It depends on floor area, condition and how often we come. Home cleaning starts at $120 a visit, commercial at $95, and a deep or move-out clean at $290. Those are starting points, not the answer — the firm price comes from the free visit. Taxes are extra.

Are you insured, and is it the same people each time?

The team is insured, and yes: once your protocol is set, the same crew comes back each visit. They learn your space, which is the whole reason regular cleaning gets better over time instead of staying the same.

What products do you use? I have children and a cat.

Safe products throughout, on every contract — it is not an upgrade you have to ask for. If a surface in your home needs something specific, or if someone in the household reacts to a particular product, tell us at the walkthrough and we will work around it.

Do you bring your own equipment? Do I need to be home?

We arrive with everything: products, cloths, vacuum. You do not need to be there — most clients leave us an access arrangement after the first visit and come home to it done. Whatever you prefer, we settle it at the walkthrough.

Can you clean our offices outside business hours?

That is how we normally do commercial work — evenings or overnight, one to five times a week, so nobody is working around us and your day is never interrupted.

What happens if something gets missed?

A supervisor checks the work after the visit, which is where most of it gets caught before you ever see it. If something still slips through, tell us and we come back and put it right. You should not have to inspect behind us.

Still deciding?

The walkthrough is free and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
